How can I get this guy sedated?
1 of 6: Quickly select the "syringe with soporific" item in inventory if you haven't already.
2 of 6: As soon as you get a cursor, move it onto the guard's head so that it turns into a red syringe shape.
3 of 6: Keep the cursor on his head as he walks forward until the syringe shape turns blue (which will happen when he reaches the corner where Holmes is hiding), then quickly click to sedate him.
4 of 6: If you miss the extremely brief window of opportunity, the scene will reset, and you'll be able to try it again.
5 of 6: Note that there's a glitch where the guard will sometimes stay at his post instead of walking forward. If that happens, click on the "Close" button and start over.
6 of 6: Keep replaying the scene until you get it right, then make a save to ensure that you don't have to go through it again.
