The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Hints

How can I lower the drawbridge?

  • 1 of 11: Look around to see if there's a control room for the drawbridge.
  • 2 of 11: Go back inside and past the unsniffable footprints to find a side room with some interactive levers in it.
  • 3 of 11: Sniff the levers to get Holmes to remark that they're stuck, then look around for something to unstick them with.
  • 4 of 11: Go back outside and turn right, then look around for something with a paw print icon on it.
  • 5 of 11: Near the back of the area is a can of grease setting on top of a barrel. Click on it to get Holmes to take it.
  • 6 of 11: Return to the control room and click on the levers' new paw print icon. That'll get Holmes to use the grease to move one of the levers.
  • 7 of 11: Unfortunately, that doesn't lower the drawbridge. It just raises one of the two metal bridge supports on your side.
  • 8 of 11: In order to lower the drawbridge, you'll have to get over to the controls that are next to its base.
  • 9 of 11: Fortunately, Toby is an old stump-jumping dog from way back, and that raised metal support is all he needs to get started.
  • 10 of 11: Move off the wooden platform and past the rusty machinery on your left until you can turn left to see the drawbridge's lowering controls.
  • 11 of 11: Click on their paw print icon to finally get the drawbridge lowered.
