Silent Hill 3 Hints
General
Always keep in mind Heather's ability to block attacks (hold the Ready Button and press the Run/Walk Button) and sidestep. Know your enemy's strengths/weaknesses and use them to your advantage. Also, know your weapons' strengths/weaknesses and use the appropriate weapons for the appropriate enemy. For example, it's generally best to use a fast weapon (such as the handgun or katana) against a fast enemy such as a Double Head instead of a slow weapon (such as the shotgun or maul). Educate yourself on the abilities of Heather, her weapons, and her enemies and always be sure to think before firing away -- there's a strategy to every fight you can get yourself into in Silent Hill 3, and it's your job to figure it out.
