Insane Cancer
1 of 2: If you thought cancer was deadly, you ain't seen nothin' yet. These gigantic, puss-white masses of death are usually found slumbering, but they'll wake up if you wander too close to them. Since they're so large, Insane Cancers can often block your path entirely, forcing you into a fight. They surprisingly fast for their size and can also take a significant amount of damage before they die. If there are multiple Insane Cancers, try to wake only one at a time.
2 of 2: If you have to take on an Insane Cancer, pull out a powerful weapon first -- these suckers can take a lot of punishment before falling. If you have shotgun shells to spare, move close, stick your shotgun barrel into the Cancer's gut, and pull the trigger. If you'd prefer to use a melee weapon, try to use an overhead attack or a thrust in order to disrupt the Cancer's attacks. When it falls down the first time, it's not dead; In fact, it's healing! You will do only minimal damage to it when it's on the ground, so use the time to recuperate and prepare your next attack, then go for it. You'll know an Insane Cancer is dead when it falls and deflates.
