Submachine Gun
1 of 3: Now this is a gun! Each bullet the submachine gun fires isn't very strong, but it fires them so fast that it doesn't really matter. It has incredible strength and stopping power, but Heather can't move while firing it -- instead, you can turn her to aim while keeping the gun firing. The submachine gun uses Submachine Gun Ammo, which is very, very scarce. This is a powerful weapon, so I don't recommend you waste the ammo. Save it for when you really need it.
2 of 3: The submachine gun can be found in the basement of the Brookhaven Hospital, near a wheelchair. Follow the streaks of blood. Ammo is nearby.
3 of 3: You'll get to Brookhaven Hospital when you get to Silent Hill. Once you have access to the stairwell, you can get to the basement and the submachine gun.
