Bulletproof Vest
1 of 2: The bulletproof vest is a thick piece of clothing that can protect Heather from an enemy's attack, reducing the amount of damage she takes by 15%. On the down side, she can't run as fast while the vest is equipped. It's good to have, though, since you have unequip it whenever you'd rather run fast and equip it if you'll need to take a few extra hits.
2 of 2: You can find the vest in the clothing store in the mall after you meet Claudia. It's hanging on a rack near the back of the store.
