1 of 7: Maybe Heather could reach it if you could extend her reach a little bit.
2 of 7: You need something to grab it with. Something long, and with a hook, perhaps, to snag the ladder with.
3 of 7: Maybe there's something Heather could bend to make it into the shape she needs.
4 of 7: Hairpins are too small, paperclips won't reach...how about a clothes hanger? Where would there be a clothes hanger?

6 of 7: How about a clothes store? You've been to one before. Examine your map to find it.
