What should I do with the headless statue?

2 of 12: What do people usually put on graves as a token of remembrance?
3 of 12: Have you seen any flowers around Cyclone?
4 of 12: Get a rose from the Cafe and place it on this grave.
5 of 12: Now you will be able to get a close-up view of the statue.
