Imprison Brithaur
1 of 4: This isn't an option for you unless you're already a very important person in the Shivering Isles.
2 of 4: If you replace Syl in the "Ritual of Dementia" Main Quest, you can then talk to Kithlan (who is now your steward) about Brithaur to get him imprisoned.
3 of 4: Otherwise, you'll have to wait until you become Sheogorath's replacement at the end of the main quest series. That's the only other way Kithlan will ever respect you enough to imprison Brithaur at your request.
4 of 4: Report the good news to Earil to get a gold reward. (Though note that you get more gold for the Kill Brithaur option.)
