A Better Mousetrap
1 of 6: After Sheogorath gives you the manual and attenuator device, either read the manual in inventory or talk to Haskill about Xedilian to get a journal update.
2 of 6: Then travel to Xedilian (location 14 on the world map) and enter it to get another journal update.
3 of 6: Your first major task here is to find three focus crystals.
4 of 6: After that's done, you'll need to find the Resonator of Judgment and use the attenuator on it that Sheogorath gave you.
5 of 6: Go through the north gate that opened when you placed the final focus crystal, then move along until you reach the large crystal formation that's marked with a quest arrow on the local map.
6 of 6: That's the resonator you're after, so activate it to get it attuned and finish this quest.
