Ring of Desiccation
1 of 4: This ring is in the Crucible district's Museum of Oddities.
2 of 4: Enter the amusing museum and go up the stairs to its small second floor.
3 of 4: Just to the right of the chairs and table is a small glass display case with the Ring of Desiccation in it.
4 of 4: Taking the ring is seen as stealing, so you'll want to take it sneakily.
