How does that work?
1 of 5: First, get a bunch of repair hammers and equip a weapon and at least one piece of armor.
2 of 5: To get the amulet to work, just equip it in inventory.
3 of 5: It'll only damage one piece of armor at a time, so if you're wearing several, equip and unequip the amulet several times in a row. (Notice your AC value going down each time.)
4 of 5: When all of your equipped items are at zero condition, bang them all back into top shape with your repair hammers.
5 of 5: Repeat the above process until your Armorer skill is as high as you want it.
