Pelvis of Pelagius
1 of 5: This artifact is in the Howling Halls dungeon.
2 of 5: You won't be able to get to it until you're on the "Symbols of Office" Main Quest.
3 of 5: When you're on that quest, search the Congregation Chambers area.
4 of 5: The pelvis is in a locked display case near the eastern bedroom section.
5 of 5: One way to get to it from the large central chamber is to find the north passage on the lower floor and follow it. The display case is on a small table with some other items in the room past the metal door.
