How can I get these two gates opened?
1 of 4: Try talking to the gate guards.
2 of 4: Tell them that Sheogorath sent you. That'll get them to cooperate.
3 of 4: Each guard will give you a Cylarne key and then open the gate that she's guarding.
4 of 4: NOTE: You don't need two Cylarne keys, and each one will open both locked gates, so you don't actually *have* to talk to both guards.
