Where's the plant in Milchar?
1 of 5: It's in the Nexus section.
2 of 5: You can find an outdoor entrance to the Nexus in the base of a huge tree stump.
3 of 5: If you fast-travel to Milchar, you'll end up very close to the Nexus door.
4 of 5: Inside the Nexus, look at the cluster of small harvestable plants that are growing around two large mushroom-like things a bit SE of the door to the Grove of Reflections.
5 of 5: The Watcher's Eye plant that you need is on the north side of the eastern mushroom-like thing.
