The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles Hints
The Howling Halls
1 of 15: When you arrive at The Howling Halls, enter them through the Narthex door.
2 of 15: At the early path split, go either way.
3 of 15: Then move on to a room with a hostile apostle.
4 of 15: Kill and loot him to get some apostle robes and a Howling Chamber key.
5 of 15: Wearing those robes, you can talk to the apostles in the areas ahead and won't have to fight any of them.
6 of 15: Keep going until you find the door to the Congregation Chambers.
7 of 15: Just inside, you'll find a Khajiit named Ra'kheran who would be willing to help you kill Ciirta for his own reasons.
8 of 15: You could just ignore him and make your way to the Antechamber door, then go inside and kill Ciirta yourself. That's not too hard, so do it if you want, or read on for tips on using Ra'kheran to your benefit.
9 of 15: Talk to him and agree to get him three apostle daggers so he and his cohorts can kill Ciirta the righteous way.
10 of 15: When you have the daggers, talk to Ra'kheran and hand them over, then follow him as he runs off.
11 of 15: He'll meet and arm his two cronies near the Antechamber door, then they'll all go running through that door.
12 of 15: Follow them and approach them after they surround Ciirta.
13 of 15: When the attack begins, you'll probably have to finish off Luminary Kaz yourself while the others fight Ciirta. (You may also have to help kill Ciirta, though that's unlikely.)
14 of 15: After she dies and you get a journal entry, search her body to find her special eye, plus Ciirta's Robes and a key.
