How can I follow her?
1 of 6: Kithlan told you about a hidden tunnel in the garden area.
2 of 6: Exit the Duchess' Quarters to the garden and turn left.
3 of 6: Before you go very far at all, you'll get a journal update saying you've discovered the secret door that Kithlan described.
4 of 6: So look around for a gimmick to activate the secret door.
5 of 6: It's the bust of Sheogorath that's in the SE alcove.
6 of 6: Activate it to get it to move aside, revealing a secret entrance to the Xirethard dungeon.
