Staff Notes
1 of 4: Your new Staff of Sheogorath can cast the Voice of Sheogorath power, which will paralyze anyone within 75 feet for 15 seconds.
2 of 4: You can't harm anyone paralyzed by the staff, but you can easily get away from them before the effect wears off. A great escape gimmick!
3 of 4: Of course, it's a total monster to recharge once its power is exhausted, but fortunately all you have to do is use the Font of Madness again to accomplish that.
4 of 4: For a portable recharge gimmick, get some Varla stones from Ayleid ruins back in Cyrodiil.
