The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles Hints
A Liquid Solution
1 of 11: Talk to Sickly Bernice in her taphouse in New Sheoth's Crucible district to get this quest.
2 of 11: Ask her about a cure and say you're willing to help her.
3 of 11: She'll give you a special empty flask and ask you to get her some "aquanostrum" from Knotty Bramble (location 8 on the world map).
4 of 11: In the starting section, make your way along the main passage until you reach the Hatchery door in the SE corner.
5 of 11: In the Hatchery, head west to the large multi-level room, then drop down to its lower central floor.
6 of 11: After you get a journal entry, approach the large statue nearby to collect the aquanostrum sample.
7 of 11: Use the nearby "ramp" to get back up to the upper floor, then either go back out the way you came or go down the north passage to find another door that leads back to the starting area.
8 of 11: If you go the north-passage way, you'll end up much closer to the exit door, but you'll have to deal with some twisted roots blocking your way at one point.
