Work is Never Done
1 of 8: Find Tove the Unrestful in his house in the south part of New Sheoth's Bliss district and talk to him to get this pesty quest.
2 of 8: He wants lots of calipers and tongs for some crazy boat project, so go get him some.
3 of 8: You can start by selling him the two calipers and two tongs that are on the shelf near the SE corner of his house's upstairs area.
4 of 8: As for the rest, you can find them in a vast number of random-junk containers both in the Shivering Isles and in Cyrodiil.
5 of 8: Adventure on with other quests, collecting calipers and tongs as you come across them. When you get a bunch saved up, go sell them to Tove the Unrestful for five gold each. (They're otherwise completely worthless and useless to you.)
6 of 8: He wants a total of 100 of those items. It doesn't matter how many of those 100 are calipers and how many are tongs.
7 of 8: TIP: He'll pay you for any you give him over 100 if you have them with your last shipment. For instance, if you've already sold him 94 calipers and tongs, he only needs six more. However, if you have 25 with you, he'll pay you for all 25.
8 of 8: To finish the quest, talk to him about calipers and tongs one last time after you've sold him 100 or more.
