The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles Hints
Where would be a good place to store excess items?
1 of 7: As in Cyrodiil, I advise you to go to the main city (New Sheoth in this case) and find some sacks that never respawn to put stuff in.
2 of 7: There aren't any such sacks outdoors in any district, so look for some in shops and houses.
3 of 7: The trouble with those sacks is that you'll be accused of stealing if anyone sees you take anything out of them. You'll have to be sneaky when retrieving your stored goods.
4 of 7: I've found that the best place to store stuff is in Brithaur's house near the south end of the Crucible district.
5 of 7: Near that house's back door is a shelf with two sacks on it that never respawn, and there's a no-respawn grain sack on the floor just to the left of that shelf.
6 of 7: Not only are there three good storage sacks there, but you can kill or imprison the house's resident on the "Brithaur" misc. quest to be rid of him and have the place to yourself.
7 of 7: If you'd rather store your stuff in Passwall in the Fringe (since it's much closer to the door to Cyrodiil), use Shelden's house. It has five no-respawn sacks near the door. Just be sure to get all your stuff back before starting on the "Retaking the Fringe" Main Quest.
