Is there any skooma to be had in the Shivering Isles?
1 of 6: Yes, but not much.
2 of 6: Go to the messed-up town of Split (location 38 on the world map) and find the two guys named J'zidzo.
3 of 6: Each of them has eight bottles of skooma in his inventory.
4 of 6: You'll be killing one of them anyway if you do the "The Great Divide" misc. quest.
5 of 6: As for the other one, pickpocket him when he's in bed, or something like that.
6 of 6: It's interesting to note that you can give bottles of skooma to Caldana Monrius in New Sheoth's Crucible district, but all you'll get in exchange are cheap random items. (And you can't pickpocket the skooma back from her since she chugs it immediately.)
