1 of 2: If the screen appears to be moving in a certain region, try using your Amulet of Seeing. Usually there's a chest hidden on that spot.
2 of 2: And last but not least, SAVE your game if you get the opportunity. But before you, save make sure you picked up everything, have your characters at full health, full mana, and all special moves recharged. That way you won't have to do it all over again if you would need to load the game.
