But how do I get myself out of here?
1 of 7: You first must have helped the druid to escape. See the previous question if you haven't done so already.
2 of 7: When the goblins come to investigate, you're going to have to find a place to hide.
3 of 7: There's really only one option here, even if it isn't entirely pleasant.
4 of 7: Hop in the iron maiden. The goblins will eventually leave, and the druid will return.
5 of 7: He's carrying a hacksaw.
6 of 7: Take it.
7 of 7: And use it on the bars to cut a way out of the fortress.
