1 of 4: Approach the big circular vault door to get it to open (and to get this objective).
2 of 4: Go down the hallway and up either set of steps to get onto the big energy globe's platform.
3 of 4: Wait until the energy globe disappears and the glass globe closes, then go around to where there's a circular opening in the glass globe.
4 of 4: Move up to it and use it to get the TMD device installed on your left arm. After you accidentally fire it off, this objective will be complete.
