Use TMD on 1950's Time Rift in the Lab

The first thing you're going to have to do is find a way to get out of the vault.
- How can I get past all of that rubble?
- Once past the rubble, how can I open the vault door?

After you exit the vault, take the time to play around with your new TMD device.

When you're ready to go, return to the little tube elevator that you used earlier to reach the vault area.
- How can I get back to the elevator?
- Once there, how can I get the elevator to work?

Use the elevator to return to the lab, then turn right and go over to the swirly yellow-fringed time rift that's floating in the air.
