Singularity Hints
What's the augmentor used for?
1 of 6: Upgrading yourself and your TMD. Move up to it and use it like you would a weapon locker.
2 of 6: The currency used here is E99 tech. I hope you've been doing thorough searches of all the areas you've been through so far. Otherwise, you won't be able to afford much of anything yet.
3 of 6: The augmentor has three categories of items you can buy with E99 tech: TMD equipment, TMD perks, and hero perks. Each category starts out with one purchasable item.
4 of 6: To add another hero perk, look on a nearby table for a bio formula. Pick it up to get the Heartiness perk added to the augmentor.
5 of 6: As for what you should get now, you'll hopefully be able to afford any of the items, though the super-expensive weapon upgrade item isn't the best choice. Instead, get two levels of the Heartiness perk to increase your max health, plus both levels of the impulse perk to make your TMD's impulse blasts stronger.
6 of 6: If you have enough E99 tech left, you might also want to buy and equip the Sharpshooter equipment upgrade. However, it's not all that useful, and you'd want to replace it with the Scientist upgrade when that becomes available a little later on.
