Singularity Hints
TMD Blueprint Tip
1 of 3: Jump from the floor (or the crate) to the broken-off metal walkway segment that has glowing plants growing on it.
2 of 3: Pick up the TMD blueprint that's just past the plants to get a randomly chosen equipment upgrade added to the augmentors. If there's one you're particularly wanting, you could restore the checkpoint save and try again if you don't get it, but you may have to retry several times, and it's quite a ways from the save point to the blueprint. It's probably not worth the trouble to hold out for a particular blueprint.
3 of 3: After you get the blueprint, drop down to the ledge and use the crate to return to the upper floor.
