Defend the Tower

  • 1 of 7: While waiting to get a checkpoint save and this objective, quickly look around for supplies, then run up the ramps and locate the elevator. You'll be needing to run to it later, so remember how to get to it.
  • 2 of 7: Your job is to de-age the three electrical junction boxes on the fence to get them to work again. The first box is a bit to the right of the gate, and the other two are along the fence to the left of the gate. You might want to take your time in locating them and then reload the checkpoint so you can spot them again easily.
  • 3 of 7: The junction boxes will age and break very quickly, so you'll have to keep de-aging them in order to keep the fence electrified.
  • 4 of 7: Stand so that you can easily see all three junction boxes by simply turning in place, then start by de-aging the leftmost box. As soon as it's done, turn and de-age the one to the right of it, then finish up with the one that's to the right of the gate.
  • 5 of 7: If you're fast enough with the de-aging, you should be able to keep any zeks from making it over the fence and attacking you. If some do get over, use impulse to knock them down and hope that Kathryn will shoot them for you (or quickly use your shotgun on them).
  • 6 of 7: Keep up the junction box de-aging process until this objective is completed.
  • 7 of 7: As an alternative, you can ignore the junction boxes altogether. When this objective starts, sprint up to the elevator, then crouch down and scrunch against the wall opposite the elevator, next to where the bio formula is (or was). A lot of zeks will run up to you, but most of them will be unable to attack you. When one does start attacking you, shoot him in the head with the shotgun or use an impulse blast. You probably won't have to use much ammo or TMD energy while waiting for the elevator to arrive. When it does, fire off one last impulse blast, then sprint into the elevator.
