Singularity Hints
Supply Highlights
1 of 4: Start by entering the large, dim alcove area behind the movie screen that has a weird portrait in it. Look on the wall to the left of the portrait for a safe that you can age open. If it doesn't have two chunks of E99 tech in it, reload the save and try again until it does.
2 of 4: Go up the stairs to find an augmentor device. If you've been hunting up E99 tech, you should be able to buy two levels of the Energetic hero perk to increase your TMD's max energy. You'll also be able to get one level of the Inventory hero perk so you can carry up to six health packs instead of just five.
3 of 4: NOTE: If you got the Scientist equipment upgrade from the random blueprint earlier, you'll probably want to buy and install it first, then see how many of the above-mentioned upgrades you can still afford. Also, don't pick up any E99 tech until after you get the upgrade installed, since its whole purpose is to get you double the amount on some E99 pickups.
4 of 4: With the lockers in the upstairs back room, you don't have to use any ammo to shoot off their padlocks. Instead, use the TMD to age the padlocks.
