Singularity Hints
How can I be sure to get all of the area's E99 tech?
1 of 7: After you get behind the forklift, concentrate on shooting all of the soldiers who are directly between you and the blue door that's up the stairs. After they're all down, including the soldier who comes out through the door, kill the two soldiers who are among the nearby building materials.
2 of 7: Quickly look among the materials for two items that can both be E99 tech (though there may be some randomness). They're near the edge of the dock, next to one of the thick, round metal posts that boats can be tied to. (Look just past the rightmost tall stack of wooden pallets.)
3 of 7: Sprint over to the stairs and into the rooms past the blue door. Loot the supplies in there, including on the sniper perch past the trap door. (Besides the weapon tech item, look behind the open trap door for another item, which may or may not be E99 tech.)
4 of 7: Don't snipe any soldiers from the perch, but instead go out the rooms' back door. Kill any soldiers who are directly in your way as you sprint to the back left corner of the area, where you can go down some steps to a lower floor. Past an open door is a room with two supply items on a shelf, one of which may be E99 tech.
5 of 7: Wait to see if any soldiers come in after you, then leave the room and turn left. Sprint directly across to some steps that lead down to a storage crate that probably has more E99 tech in it.
6 of 7: That's the last of it, so sprint back to the rooms with the sniper perch and use it (or the doorways) to finish off the rest of the soldiers.
7 of 7: NOTE: If too many of the random items turn out to not be E99 tech, you may want to reload the checkpoint and try again. They're not set when the checkpoint save is made.
