How can I get to that weapon tech item?
1 of 4: It's on the other side of a fence that you can't get through, so look for a way around it.
2 of 4: Find the bright light that's on one wall, then look to the left of it for a vent shaft opening.
3 of 4: Walk into the shaft, then crouch-walk along until you exit to the weapon tech's area.
4 of 4: Get it, then use the same shaft to get back to the walkway intersection area.
