How can I reach the ladder?
1 of 3: You'll need something to stand on so you can jump up to the ladder, but there aren't any handy crates nearby.
2 of 3: Look directly under the ladder to see that there's a small glowing plant growth that you can age.
3 of 3: Do so to make it big enough to use as a "jumping stone" to get to the ladder. (Note that you can de-age the other nearby plant growth to get some E99 tech.)
