2 of 5: There's nothing else to do on this objective until after you finish the "Fix the Engine" objective. Following a checkpoint save and a brief cut-scene, use the weapon locker to get the sniper rifle and autocannon equipped, then upgrade the sniper rifle's clip size or damage (or both if possible).
3 of 5: Reload both weapons, then look all around the train car you're in for supplies, including E99 tech in a supply crate, plus some de-ageable ammo and health pack crates.
4 of 5: Hop over to the next train car with the sniper rifle out. Stay at that end of the car as the big, freaky phase tick queen that you saw only glimpses of before crawls up onto the car's other end.
5 of 5: After it's defeated, all you have to do is wait to get a checkpoint save and move on to the Central Docks area, where this objective will be quickly finished.
