Where's the elevator?
1 of 3: Nearby, but it's closed up at first. Look around for a way to open it.
2 of 3: Next to the window of the room with the supplies in it is a control panel with a big switch on it.
3 of 3: Its light is green, so use it to open up the nearby elevator. You can then enter the elevator and use its control to ascend.
