How can I get across this big pit?
1 of 6: You can't jump across it, so check around for TMD-using possibilities.
2 of 6: Crouch-walk slowly up to the edge of the pit and look down into it.
3 of 6: In its center is a slab of concrete that would make a good jumping platform if it were up higher.
4 of 6: Thankfully, there's a plant growing under it that you can age with the TMD to elevate the platform.
5 of 6: You can then jump onto the platform. If you hit the plant tripmines and get damaged, jump back to where you can crouch-walk through the square wall hole to get a stimpack.
6 of 6: Return to the platform and move around the plant part that sticks up in the middle of it if necessary so you can jump across to the other side.
