Soldier Combat Tips
of 12: Crouch-walk up to the open door, then use the gravity power to pull in the supplies you can see ahead. Stand up and run forward until you get a checkpoint save, then reload it to respawn the supplies and your health.
of 12: The two nearby soldiers will have their backs turned to you, so quickly use the TMD to age them both (just once each).
of 12: Wait if necessary for your TMD to recharge enough to age another soldier, then move forward to where you can see an enemy sniper perched on a walkway ahead.
of 12: Quickly age him and retreat for recharge, then move slowly along the walkway until two more soldiers rappel in. Age one of them while retreating for cover, then wait until you can age the other one. (Or do it right away if you have enough TMD energy.)
of 12: Move along the walkways until another soldier rappels in next to a small sandbag stack ahead of you, then age him. When you reach that sandbag stack, watch for a soldier to appear a ways behind you.
of 12: At the next sandbag stack, look for at least two more soldiers on the walkway ahead. Age one, and sprint back to the previous sandbag stack for cover while shooting (or aging) the others.
of 12: Near that second sandbag stack, there's a door with a broken power box on the wall to the left of it. De-age the power box to open the door, then use the room past it for cover while fighting all the soldiers that appear on various levels of the walkway as you move on down it.
of 12: There's a crawlspace with a health pack in it at the next walkway corner. It's not really great for taking cover in, so try to finish off all nearby soldiers using other cover.
of 12: Once you do, move along the walkway until more soldiers appear ahead (you'll get a radio message warning you of this), then take cover in the nearby small side room while fighting them. Be ready to sprint out if a grenade is thrown into the room.
of 12: Look for another door ahead that you can open by de-aging its control mechanism, then retreat to its room for cover after you go far enough to trigger yet another wave of soldiers. This one is especially bad, since it includes a couple of snipers.
of 12: After that, go on up to get a checkpoint save. When you do, reload it to restore your health, then go back to the last side room and re-get its E99 tech. (Hold out for 400 units if you have the Scientist upgrade equipped.)
of 12: Quickly sprint up the last flight of stairs and over to a door with a padlock on it. Shoot the padlock off and go through the door to evade the last few soldiers. (Note that they may not show up if you did the checkpoint reload thing.)
