Rescue Kathryn
The things you have to do for this objective are divided into seven sections, delineated by checkpoint saves. In each section, you can lose Kathryn by taking too long to do things, and will then have to start over at the beginning of the section. Thankfully, finishing a section always means you're done with it for good.
