Singularity Hints
How does the garage door strategy work?
1 of 6: After finishing off the mutants, work on the Special Supply Tips until the point where you crouch-walk under the garage door.
2 of 6: Immediately turn around and crouch-walk back outside, then get out the assault rifle and watch for zeks to start running down the steps on the other side of the area.
3 of 6: They're a bit "funny" about the garage door. If you crouch-walk back under it, they'll immediately turn around and start running back the way they came. As soon as you crouch-walk back outside, they'll turn around and come back after you.
4 of 6: Take advantage of that by zoom-shooting them in the head as they approach, and crouch-walking backwards under the garage door if any get too close. Wait until they run a ways back, then go back outside and finish them off.
5 of 6: Note that not all of the zeks in the area past the steps will come after you right away. After you kill the six or so that do, you'll have to go over to the base of the steps to get the rest to appear.
6 of 6: As soon as they start appearing, sprint back to the garage door. You should make it before any zeks catch up with you, after which you can pull the same old in-and-out routine on them.
