What else do I have to do?
1 of 4: Quickly grab the assault rifle that's leaning against the wall, then stand near the wall hole you came through and wait for a mutant to crash through the window to the right of the doors.
2 of 4: Shoot that mutant down, then quickly sprint over to the other side of the room and wait for a mutant to crash through the window that's left of the doors.
3 of 4: After you shoot it down, retreat to one of the room's corners and wait for Devlin to open the doors. He'll be able to kill all of the mutants himself, so only fire on ones that come after you (though hopefully none will).
4 of 4: Follow him out into a large courtyard, then look all around it for supplies before following him into the next building.
