TMD Blueprint Tips
1 of 2: Look around the TMD amplification platform for the blueprint to the Wrapper equipment upgrade. (It's on a crate next to some railed steps.)
2 of 2: If you didn't get the Tech Savvy blueprint from the random blueprint earlier in the game, you'll find it next to the ladder that leads into the water.
