How can I get this thing powered up?
1 of 6: As you face the machine from the surface of the water, look to the left to see a glass-encased fuse. Then look to the right to see a sputtering empty fuse socket.
2 of 6: That empty socket is the problem, so dive down and see if you can locate the missing fuse.
3 of 6: You won't find the actual fuse, but you will find a swirly out-of-phase mist vortex on the floor. Try grav-pulling something from it.
4 of 6: You'll get a fuse, so surface and move over toward the empty socket (if necessary) to get the fuse placed.
5 of 6: You can then see that it's old and damaged, but you know what to do about things like that, right?
6 of 6: De-age the fuse to get it working and finish this objective.
