Raise the Pearl
1 of 3: After the water lowers and you get a checkpoint save, reload it to respawn the docks' supplies, then walk back to the room with the ladder.
2 of 3: Climb the ladder and exit the side area, then get onto the TMD amplification platform.
3 of 3: Use the lever on its control panel to raise the Pearl and finish the objective.
