Singularity Hints
The Door is Blocked, Find a Way to Open It
1 of 5: Get the shotgun ammo and health pack from a table, then find the broken-open vent shaft that's next to the stairs you came up.
2 of 5: Crouch-walk into it and follow it along until you come to a ladder.
3 of 5: Climb it, then hang back and shoot the mutant torso that's playing dead just outside the shaft. (Head shots with the assault rifle are best for that.)
4 of 5: Exit the shaft and search the room for a supply crate and a small ammo box, then go over to the padlocked door.
5 of 5: Shoot the lock off with the assault rifle to open the door and finish the objective.
