1 of 5: Look a ways to the right of the plant-guarded door for a switch near some dangling cables.
2 of 5: Use the switch to open a secret sliding wall that leads to a room with a supply crate.
3 of 5: Go back up the stairs and down the hall until you see a radiator grille under a broken window on the right.
4 of 5: Walk onto the grille, then crouch-walk through the window to enter an office with a few supplies in it.
5 of 5: Shoot the padlock off the office door when you're ready to leave. (Also, don't miss the E99 tech and two red lockers that are near the top of the stairs.)
