Singularity Hints
Locate and Use the TMD Platform
1 of 5: Turn left and go up the stairs to find a room with an augmentor, then go back down and out through the big opening that leads to the TMD amplification platform.
2 of 5: Turning it on isn't enough, though. You'll also need to do the "Activate Hydro Generator to Supply Powergrid" objective. After it's done, you'll need to fight a bunch of Russian soldiers on your way back.
3 of 5: Pick up the elite soldiers' dropped sniper rifles for ammo (and look near the first one for two ammo boxes), then go up the stairs past them and through the building to return to the TMD platform area.
4 of 5: Approach the platform to get a checkpoint save, then get on the platform and use it to get the now-familiar energy charge-up routine going.
5 of 5: As before, follow the large slow-moving ball of chrono-energy with your targeting crosshairs as it moves around the bridge and repairs it. When that's completed, so will this objective be.
