Singularity Hints
E99 Tech Tip
1 of 3: You can go diving for E99 tech in the area past the tunnel, but it's a looong way down. You'd better not try it unless you have the Iron Lung hero perk.
2 of 3: Swim down through the large green-lit hole you can see below, going all the way to the floor below it, then look for four items near the bubbles. (Most of them will probably be E99 tech, but it's random.)
3 of 3: As soon as you get them, look up and make sure you're under the large hole, then hit the Jump key as rapidly as you can to rise quickly.
