Secret Area Tips
1 of 6: After going through the fence opening, turn left to find a boarded-over door.
2 of 6: Look to the right of it to see a square hole in the ground with a ladder leading down.
3 of 6: Go around to where you can jump over a short brick wall, then get onto the ladder and climb down it.
4 of 6: Move past the ladder bottom to find a stimpack followed by a room with E99 tech on a shelf.
5 of 6: When you're ready to go, climb back up the ladder and jump back over the brick wall.
6 of 6: NOTE: For an alternate entrance to the same area, go directly across the street from the ladder hole and drop down the opening in the metal grating. Crouch-walk along until you can drop into the room with the E99 tech.
