Singularity Hints
Take out the Creatures near the Radio Tower before moving on
1 of 3: Look near Devlin to find two crates to raid and a sniper rifle, plus spare sniper ammo.
2 of 3: Swap your shotgun for the sniper rifle, then use its powerful scope to zoom-shoot the three mutants who are wandering around just past the bridge.
3 of 3: Note that the game prompts you to use a certain key to get temporal dilation. Do so in order to make shooting the mutants even easier.
