Get Back to the Rift and Escape the Cooker!
1 of 4: Take the E99 bomb from the charger to get this objective, then sprint past the console and turn left when you get on the circular walkway. Ignore the soldier who's also on the walkway, since he'll be killed by a flying shield plate.
2 of 4: When you start down the stairs, the first two soldiers ahead of you will also be killed automatically, but the ones past them won't. Shoot and/or age them as you run toward them.
3 of 4: Past them, enter the elevator and use its control to ride it up. As soon as it stops and opens up, sprint out of it and onto the platform with the time rift.
4 of 4: There's no need to use the TMD on the rift -- just sprint into it to be returned to 2010 and get a checkpoint save. Wait a few seconds, and this objective will count as completed. There'll be a bit more to go through before you get your next objective, though.
